PurpleAds has two bidding types: CPC and CPM.
If your campaign has the CPM bidding type, you'll be charged on a per thousand impression basis (CPM).
If your campaign has the CPC bidding type, you'll be charged for clicks, based on the max cpc bid you've set in an price/quality based auction.
We're actively developing algorithms that will prevent invalid or duplicate clicks from being counted in your dashboard.
